Amazons Steamboat!

My little agent scully (yeah that's my camera aka the love of my life) had her very first outing back into the world yesterday since the whole ISO fiasco that rocked our relationship and almost spelled an end to our longtime romance. Yesterday was the day of Jess's unofficial housewarming party! Jess managed to snag a really sweet pad with the new hubster and we're all in awe of her walk-in wardrobe, penduluminous lighting and sparkly wallpaper:

Yeah ikr its mighty sweet! Of course we didn't come empty handed. Since Jes didn't have an actual maid yet, we brought along the next best thing:

And since she doesn't have any kids yet, we let loose a wild animal into her new house.

The usual people were late (twin, voo & mimi) so we first feasted on monopoly deal (!!!) and snacked on FOUR DIFFERENT BAGS of chips.

Linah was just learning how to play and she was lucky as she was being treated to a wealth of diverse examples to observe and learn from yesterday. There was the bad example:

And we ran into Melinda totally by accident! (Mio tv is kinda awesome)



So finally everyone except mimi arrived and we had our steamboat dinner! The girls made sure everything was halal for me (thanks amazons) which was super sweet, seeing as they care more about these things than I actually do.

And I fell in love yet again with the Canon S90!!! Vivien's been using it for half a year and its AMAZING. I need it in my life right now! (But I shall resist..)

Scully's been behaving well lately so I'll hold on this for now. Thanks for the smashtastic steamboat dinner, Jess :) Happy making babies in your new home!
