Someone's wedding card came in the mail last night OMG!!! Its so lethally gorgeous, I'm gonna show you guys once she gives me the green light haha :)
I've had the longest week ever, and I'm not sure why but this week seemed to stretch like never before. Maybe its the anticipation of next week's event, maybe its excitement for school to start again and for me to feel young in berms and slippers again, maybe its the awesomeness that will be this weekend!
OH BERMS AND SLIPPERS! Oh how I have missed thy greatness.
This internship is a phase of my life that I will never forget, esp since its been my first ever real office job of any kind and I was so sure that I'd screw it up and mess my whole life up again and yet it never happened!
I've also made a crazy amount of buddies in school via this internship (strangely and totally unexpectedly) and now I'm loving this new school like I never thought I could. I actually feel belonged in this place that used to feel so foreign and transitory to me. This place used to mark the crushing disappointment of everything that's happened last year but now its the place where my friends are, and where everything everywhere has the touch of some sweet experience or chummy connection to make me smile anew. I'M SO DAMN LUCKY!
So I'm ending my short stint next week, and my bosses got me the most sweetest farewell gift everrrrrr and I'm so excited because I'm totally making it my weekend mission to find an awesome jacket befitting of the cuteness that is my new gadget pal!
