Bloomz!

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Seems GG knew something about life on the upper east side! And by that, I do mean tampinesland. Everything's going fabuluz and yet everything's also going shitface kablooey in my world right now.

So we had dinner last night at my favourite place in town, RIA at Lucky Plaza!

We had to wait before entering every room last night because a seperate person had to rush in first, blow a few trumpets, and then announce, "Faye's SHIRT!" before we slowly floated in. You know, like dignitaries in period Victorian movies.

1. Your Grace. (Pictured here with Faye)
2. Yayyyyyyyyyy mucho love for ayam penyet
3. Anyplace that skins a crocodile to make menus must be boomz right?

So there was much ado about our special guest of honor.

Faye: I bought it two years ago but I've never worn it before!
Daz: Why? Have you been waiting for it to bloom? Hehe

As always my RIA never fails my tummy.

1. Daz's meatball soup
2. I always come for GADO-GADO!
3. Faye's Ikan Penyet & sambalistic shiokers

Faye: I'm still hungry leh..
Daz: I think the flowers are feeding off you!

Haha for the record, I think the shirt is amazing and clearly the best conversation starter ever. I got enthusiastic just looking at it. I mean, not as enthusiastic as THE SHIRT ITSELF, but the vibe was catchy! I WANT ONE! We also had some pretty amazing drinks, esp the avacado. Mine (blueberry drink) wasn't great.

AND we had yummo snacks at Big-O at Paragon! Emphasis on YUMMO.

1. Waffles & banana makes happy boys
2. Some kinda cake

There's not much to see in town I guess, but we hadn't been around Somerset 313 so we bounced forth and met an iPhone cover made entirely out of nipples..

I know right! Horrifying.

JS: I want to get my new iPhone engraved
Daz: Wow apple store has engraving services?
JS: Yeah they use LASER to engrave
Raf: LASER? Why go all the way to Apple?
Raf: Faye's mouth is right here!

Haha okay have a great Wednesdoinks.

PS. I was looking around and realized most blogs are now dead or closed. Are we a dying breed, Amy! But to be fair, this blog's game-over is long overdue too lah. I'm definitely closing or or at least going private like eyeknee if I ever get employed, for one.
