So I woke up this morning and just decided that today would be the day I try to read the malay paper. AND TRY, I DID. It took me approximately 2 whole minutes to read one single sentence (and it wasn't even an actual sentence, it was just a freakishly long headline on the front page) and by the time I got to the end of the sentence, I'd pretty much forgotten what the hell was going on back at the beginning of the sentence and my mind was NOT piecing everything together at all. And I look up from the paper with a HUGE sigh, and there was my mom staring at me, speechless and bewildered, with a look on her face representing 0% pride and 101% anguish from looking at me trying to silently mouth out every word and watching my face growing more and more WTF with every passing word I can't figure out.
Well I gave up. Maybe tomorrow I will try again!
