Doodle Dough

So its that magical time of the year again when every malay household will be filled with the sweet floating aroma of cookie dough and chocolate chips and roasted nuts and rendangs galore! Its amazing to me that Hari Raya is next week, this month totally flew by.

Cookies from the planet Mommytron ~ Revenge of the carbsters

Mom made her first batch of cookies last night, she becomes a crazy late-night cookie-making devil-diva around this time of the year. She still needs to pour chocolate over these (or something to that effect, I couldn't process recipe information well while I had the amazing combination of macadamia nuts and crunchy cookie-ness rolling around in my mouth and making intense love to my tongue and teeth and my spectacularly satisfied tastebuds) but I couldn't wait till then obviously, because she's only doing the chocolate part today.
